Kate you know there is literature that says just thinking about food and looking at it can put on weight

According to the Dr Phil book, drooling over food, can trigger the brain to mount an insulin response when enticed, and stimulates the body to absorb fat and it also causes glucose to move into your cells and causes low blood sugar and hunger, and then people sometimes eat the thing they were drooling about....

start thinking of celery and vegies Kate

If its true i'm in big trouble

LOL oh dear Kate I do similar things but don't give in.

I would like to be eating right now...

Toast with butter and peanut butter
Cadbury cashew or nut break chocolate
Terrys chocolate orange
Prawn cocktail smothered in thousand island dressing
Seafood basket with chips
Sweet honey soy noodles from my favourite place (that I never go to anymore)
Red Rooster chicken strip sub

Whew I am full now, couldn't fit in another bite!

The truth is I would get 1/4 the way through the toast and throw the rest out freaking out over how much fat I had just eaten. The rest wouldn't even get a look in....except the chocolate orange that would be a sin to throw that out!

Now Jules there would be FAR too many calories in a chocolate covered Johnny Depp...I would have to share him with you so that you wouldn't be gaining too much weight!!!! hehehehehhehehehehe (see how good I am to you, not wanting you to put on weight!!!! LOL) {yes yes I love Johnny too secret is out!}

Kate darling you don't need all that crap!!! Now drooling over Johnny or even Orlando would be more beneficial, but you would have to line up behind Jules and me Ok???? hahahahahahaha

Kim you got it bad too girl!!! Blimey!!! hehehehe

hmmmm.. but a cold shower might lead to eating some hot food, to warm up. I know that for me, if I have a very hot shower, then I have a huge craving for ice cream, which I know will cool me down :?

I think that thinking about food can definitely lead to eating food. Because, we can't have an action without first having a thought... so therefore, we can't eat food without first thinking about the food.

Just think celery and she'll be right
