How did you go Jewles?

I had a craving last night for peanut butter on toast and managed to get rid of it by having a glass of water and heading off to bed with a book - I was asleep in 10 mins and I have woken up this morning without the craving.
Every day I am getting thinner and thinner.....

Good work Jewles :) :) Show those cravings whose boss!!

As for peanut butter on toast - YUM!! I have it on raisin toast or 1/2 a raisin muffin... I get the Ruiz Natural 100% Peanuts one (in the fridge section of your supermarket!) and if you only have a teaspoon it's only 120kj :) I will not give up my peanut butter cravings :D :D :D

Peanut butter is my nemisis.

I looooove the stuff so much but I have it really really thick on my toast so there it goes - off with the choccies.

I might add that to the cashews for my 10kg celebration lol

Once you try 100% peanuts peanut butter you will never go back!!! I tried to go back to Kraft Light and I could taste all the preservatives and oil, ick!!

I guess I'm lucky in that I don't mind having the PB spread pretty thinly on toast, as long as I can taste it I'm happy :)

Oooh Kate, no bread? Not even low GI bread?! That's tough :( Although I guess I don't eat much bread but just the idea of not having it is yuck. How do you do it?! :(

hey em
i have to have my pb spread thick with margarine too! lol. carbs pretty much make me ill so i can do without them anyway- especially bread and pasta! whilst on the wagon though i probably only think of bread every so often.

I can't remember the last time I had margarine.. apart from when baking :) I'm not really a margarine person, the only time I used to have it was on toast with vegemite.. Mmmmm now that sounds good!!! Why do I have a craving for that?!?!

Aww that sucks that carbs make you sick :( :( Do you have a gluten intolerance or something?

Image i reckon you should eat beforehand jewles and maybe have some fruit or yoghurt or something like that when you get home?

dont know why carbs dont agree with me, never had it checked out but i feel bloated and sick to the stomach after them. even the wholemeal varieties- but on my time off the wagon ive been eating that stuff only because i can! but it definately helps with my weightloss NOT having them. but thats just me :)

Don't you hate silly working times like that. I used to work in hospitality and had all kinds of wierd working times. You end up having breakfast in the afternoon, dinner in the morning... and lunch anytime in between who knows. Impossible to fit in with the meal times of the rest of the world
