I have a really big craving for peppermint chocolate I could eat the whole block if I won't but i haven't I won't buy it from the shop's because I will know that I will have a little bit, then a little bit more & before you know it I would eat the whole bloody thing..

So that's my craving & it won't go away I have craved it for 2 weeks now but I still wont buy it I just wish that my craving for peppermint chocolate will go away!!!!

Have a peppermint Freddo Chelle.....You can buy them singley then and overeating won't be an issue....or a mint pattie works too!! Have something small now and then it won't turn into a moment of weakness where you do go and buy the whole block and scoff it!!

When I was doing Weight Watchers, chocolate cravings were terrible. I used to wait a few days to see if they would go away. If they didn't I used to walk to the shop (up a biiiiiig hill) and buy 1 freddo, then let it melt on my tongue as I walked home. I always hoped that the walk made up for the freddo :lol:

not keen on peppermint chocolate but im quite partial to the mint drumsticks/cornettos hehe

I love Peppermint Crisp Bars and the Peppermint Aero Bars. My mum loves the Cadbury Peppermint Chocolate and I remember as a child - going into her bedroom and stealing it from her bedside draw!!!!

I discovered Green M&Ms last year which was the start of my big downfall... yummmmm... thank goodness my local Safeway doesn't stock them :P
