LOL Sarah! Isnt it funny how our good intentions all end up going to sh1t sooner or later? The other day hubby brought home some Dairy Bell choc chip icecream and it was bloody hard to stop at one spoon. I didnt put some in a bowl, I thought I'll just have a taste and that's it. Needless to say I ended up eating about 5 tablespoons  and I felt so guilty afterwards.
Yesterday I mixed in a few blueberries to some nestle diet vanila yoghurt (200g contains only 80cals) and put it in the freezer. It tasted fantastic, just like eating icecream! I think its just a matter of finding something as a suitable substitute without as many cals so you can still enjoy your dessert.
Liz :D

I think I've overcome my craving!!! Don't know how but I think I have. I even had to FORCE myself (hehehe) to eat a bowl last night. Yeah right. Seriously, I do have it occasionally now, but not like I was, I just don't have that Craving to eat it anymore and I've had blocks of chocolate in teh cupboard for nearly a month now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's sooooo weird how that happens Tamara!!
I've got a shoebox with chocolates that I've bought and never eaten in it.. I've got icecream in the freezer that I've bought and eaten a little bit of and haven't touched in months.
I so rarely get the cravings anymore, it's great :D
Good work for getting rid of them :D :D

i too absolutely LOVE ICE-CREAM  ... so what i do to stop myself from over indulging is to buy the one ice-cream that i don't like very much - orange choc chip ice-cream!
