LOL Sarah! Isnt it funny how our good intentions all end up going to sh1t sooner or later? The other day hubby brought home some Dairy Bell choc chip icecream and it was bloody hard to stop at one spoon. I didnt put some in a bowl, I thought I'll just have a taste and that's it. Needless to say I ended up eating about 5 tablespoons
and I felt so guilty afterwards.
Yesterday I mixed in a few blueberries to some nestle diet vanila yoghurt (200g contains only 80cals) and put it in the freezer. It tasted fantastic, just like eating icecream! I think its just a matter of finding something as a suitable substitute without as many cals so you can still enjoy your dessert.
