What I almost Ate 15/11

Postby Dolly » Tue Nov 15, 2005 11:21 am

My son Rick has 5 pieces of choc honeycomb sitting in a small bowl. They are staring at me, calling my name but so far so good. I have dusted around them and not indulged.
What a test of strength, I think I could handle wrestling a bear but staying away from this chocolate is a real challenge.

I hear you. My partner is not a chocolate person (it used to make him vomit as a kid) now he can eat it, but usually only very rarely, and mostly on bushwalks. He still has his easter eggs from last year.

He keeps them in his junk room, but I KNOW they're there. I'm ashamed to admit I caved and pinched one a few weeks ago. But I have left them alone since. :D

Dolly,
wow you are so good. Are they any chocolates that you don't like but your kids do, that way you wouldn't be tempted. I can't have anything in the house that is bad, I don't trust myself

I almost ate some bacon today. One of my sons cooked some up and the smell stayed in the house for hours.
My son Rick had heaps left in the fridge and told everyone to help themselves.
