Okay, it's only day 2 and already cravings have kicked in
. I gave in and bought a packet of slice BUT
I waited until the kids came home and instead of eating 2 full ones myself, I shared and only ate 1/4 of one. I sat and ate s l o w l y and savoured every bite and was happy with that. I shouldn't have given in but a 1/4 is better than 2, or not giving in at all and binging later in the week. I don't know if I am suppose to be but I am proud of myself for holding back. Maybe in a few of weeks, I'll be strong enough to hold off entirely.
