I have a little trick I've just discovered! I bought some of the Arnotts Mint Slice balls a while back because I love Choc Mint ANYTHING, but I wouldn't be satisfied with just one biscuit.
1 serving (20g, 10 balls) of Arnotts Mint Slice balls = 428kJ
1.25 Arnotts Mint Slice biscuit = 422kJ
Which would you rather eat? 1 1/4 biscuits or 10 cute little balls which you can suck on and let the mintiness dissolve in your mouth?! They also have the Tim Tam Balls:
1 serving (20g, 10 balls) of Arnotts Tim Tam balls = 440kJ
1.1 Arnotts Tim Tam biscuit = 447kJ
I don't know how they've done it, but it sure helps when you want something sweet and chocolately without going over your kilojoule limit!!
