Aarrrrghhh!

Tonight I have been craving something sugary and yummy for dessert - chocolate, ice cream, mousse, cake, ANYTHING! I have nothing in the house except OLD ice cream in the freezer.

I've also been eyeing off the cheese in the fridge all day but have managed to stay away.

And they've been showing ads all night of the maccas Deluxe Brekky Roll, which has been making me crave one so badly. I know that its one of those things that I regret instantly after I eat them though!!

I've hardly craved anything since like thursday, why now?!

HI jess its hard when you are thinking about foods and there are ads on tv for it or someone around you is eating something you would love a bite of. just remember how good you have been all week and that you dont want to affect the hard work you have already done.
