...my family are all eating nandos, it all smells so good :( argh i really want some!

I recommend you do handstands against the wall until they finish. Seriously, give it a go.

yep follow kates advice. Get out of the room so you can't smell it or get out of the house until the food is gone.
Start weight - 77kgs

i know at my heaviest i wouldnt be trying handstands i think it would be a bit dangerous for someone untrained at that sort of thing! but i think leaving the room and drinking a bottle of water would have been a great idea. did you tell them to stop offering it? LOL
