Tzatziki, OH my god I am addicted! I use it on EVERYTHING! I love it! The garlic, lime (or lemon) juice, yogurt and cucumber just go perfectly together!

AND there is a 'skinny' one available! Average kg per 100g is 450 for full fat one, I think it is around 330 for skinny one! (silly hubby got the full fat one yesterday instead of skinny!) for you cal counters thats way less than 100cals per serve which is good cause I am having it on everything!

Hehehe just had to get it off my chest!

Hahaha it is the only dip that is really recommended too - other than salsa.

You made a very good, healthy choice!

I've liked it for ages but since making a 'lifestyle' change I love using as a salad dressing, instead of mayo on sandwiches and things like that! lol my hubby thinks I'm insane because I made home made (oven baked) wedges yesterday and used that instead of sour cream!

i love it as well - and it's super easy to make your own if you feel like it as well.

i put a little dollop on salads as well - it's yum!

and it's great if you make home-made kebabs/souvlaki with grilled meat.

Hi Tanya, it's in the dips section and can get it at most (if not all) supermarkets. The 'skinny' one is in the 'chris's' brand (I think?) I don't know if you'll be able to get the skinny one at all supermarkets but i can get it here in Deniliquin so you should be able to get it most places!

Where was the one you use to chef in? lol usually when I get turkish food from Melb it is usually just sweets like Baklava because of my son I don't have time to sit and eat or sit and wait for takeaway! And if I did stop and eat hubby and I usually split a meal!
