I did a bit of thinking on the w/e and I thought the only thing stopping me from losing weight is my eating habits. And then I thought why do I like certain foods so much when foods dont have a personality and they arent alive?! Well I figured everytime I eat something I get a high that lasts something of a whole 2-3 mins (depending on snack/meal). A high of 2-3mins compared to the high I will get on the night of my 18th when I am (hopefully) ten-twelve kgs lighter is tiny. Does anyone agree with me?
