After a particularly tough Pump session on Saturday, my muscles were STILL aching today.
I put on some nice music (Lupe Fiasco, if anyone knows who that is!) and just lay on the floor in the lounge and slowly stretched every muscle i could think of.
It felt SOOOO nice and was so relaxing! I would highly recommend just taking 5 minutes to put on a great relaxing track and just let your mind drift away as you focus on stretching and relaxing every body part... it's fantastic!
