its only a very small gain-dont worry! as you say it will push you to get on with it next week-i sometimes put on more than that when i have been exercising 70mins every day and only eating 1200calories at least you are still thinking about weight loss and getting fitter and havent given up on the whole idea. just think how it will feel when you get to your goal whatever that is!!!
