dont deprive yourself of shopping!!!lol-we girls need to shop!
when you hit the shops go first to a shop with clothes you want to fit into-just look dont try on then dream of fitting into them once you have lost weight and then when you think of or look at junk food say to yourself "no i wont eat that i wanna buy that dress (or something)if eat junk it will take me a lot longer and i will feel bad straight after i have binged-not worth the moment of pleasure while i eat it"-you will feel better if you do this-well it works for me anyway!!!!
