This is my first weigh in...very scary..but at the same time comforting I can talk to other people that have the same goals and ambitions..

A bit of an introduction. People call me Sjay I'm 21 and currently weigh 81.6kgs.

BMI is 27.7 in otherwords overweight..

My goal is to reach 65 so I have 16kgs to lose..

My Goal for 29/10 is 80.6kgs

my biggest weakness time is lunchtime where I work we dont have a microwave or fridge but there are alot of Junk food places so does anyone have any good lunch suggestions?

or a nice salad with chicken in it or something? sandwich and some fruit/yoghurt for a snack?

is there a subway nearby?

nah unfortunately no subway nearby without going for a drive and I cant really leave work for that long.

But the sandwiches and chicken is good.. i'm going to get up extra early and make a chicken and salad sandwich... :D :D

sound good.. I usually sleep in late so I gotta make a bit more of an effort.

I sleep late too. A good tip is to organise your lunch the night before and chuck it in the fridge so you only have to grab it in the morning :)
