Weight this week = 89.6kg.

No loss but no gain - not bad for no exercise and pretty poor eating this week. We're in the process of moving from Exmouth so while packing, our eating hasn't been the best and my treadmill is out of service until it gets fixed - I've been lazy and not done any other form of exercise.

95kg this morning - yay
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

Lost half a kilo this week which means.............................

I have been a bit busy and havent weighed in for the last week or so.

Last weigh in I was 118.6kg
Today (Sat 4/2/06) 117.6kg
Total loss since joining this site 4.4kg.
Total Loss since I began my jounry on 5/1/2006 - 6.7kg!!

The only way is down from here.
