didn't lose any this week, still on 95kg. I'm weighing in today as we are heading north for a couple of days for the bloke's nan's funeral
I'm not sure if I'm stuck on 95 because of diet and thus not losing fat or whether it's because I'm putting on muscle mass. Not entirely sure how you would know?
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
