I weighed my self to see the damage I'd done from friday to monday on tuesday and I had gained 1 kg But in a fantastic turn of events just 3 days later on weigh in day I've lost that kg. But it still means i'm the same weight as last weeks weigh in.
wow!!!godess that is fantastic-well done!! bet that gets you motivated to keep going-all this dieting and exercise is hard work but worth it in the end-keep at it you will have lots of support here!!! the people on this forum have kept me going on this road and without them i would have been very frustrated and maybe gone back to my old habits-now i understand dieting and weightloss more clearly by reading others comments and getting advice from my new cyber friends-thanks again to you all!
