This week I have put on half a kilo but it was to be expected. I'm going to try hard for the next 4 days before I go away on Friday. Hopefully get past my sweet cravings...again!!!...before I am tempted while I am away for the weekend.
70kgs this week.

A gain of 0.4kgs. :cry: Damn time of month!

Lost a kilo this week, finally off 95kg and down to 94kg woohoo

Just thought I'd also put a note here to say I've decided to amend my ticker graph to depict my start weight as the maximum weight I reached a week or so after starting trying to lose. That way I feel it more accurately reflects my losses.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

Want to get down to 89 (and out of the dastardly 90's) for this round, hopefully achieved over next 4 to 6 weeks.

Only a small loss this week - 0.1kg - but I am happy with that - it means I'm still in the double digits club for another week :D.

I'm at 99.5kg again
