I just weighed myself this morning. After a week of power-walking, hand weights, (mostly) watching what I ate and unfortunately several drinkies sessions I weighed in at (drum-roll please)... 73kg!

Yep. A whole 0g loss. :evil:

Looking on the bright side it's also a 0g gain, but I'm still feeling a bit cranky. What makes me even more cranky is I can't find my tape measure to see if I've at least lost some inches.

This plus dealing with Melbourne's CRAP tram service trying to get home last night has put me in a fabulously bad mood for the weekend. I'm going to go shopping to cheer myself up. However if ALDI have run out of iPod Shuffles I think I may well end up strangling someone. :x

Well I weighed in this morning!

Start Weight=120kg
1st Week=115.5kg
2nd Week=114.3kg

So a loss this week of 1.2kg, i feel okay about it as i have been going hard on the exercise this week and my clothes are looser so it will be a bigger loss next week.

No i didnt meet them girls PLAYBOY but im sure they where lovely ladies!

I'm not even sure what happened and hope that it had been sorted out. I hope i didnt sound nasty i was more trying to say that there are many more women that are in the same situation and im sure they will come and join the forum. I did actually read some of those girls weight loss journals and feel inspired by them all! Please if i have offended anyone, my sincerest apologies.

Also, i'm in here half the bloody day so i'm always here to help. I find this forum is my sav and when im feeling vulnerable or happy im here sharing with whomever will listen.

This week my goals are: go to gym 2 times in my lunch break, and walk on 2 mornings before work. Eat well, drink more water & less coffee!

Just jumped on the scales tonight, and was most delighted. :o

Start weight: 78kg
Last week: 75kg
Todays Weight: 74kg
Wow - I broke the 75kg finally!

Goal: Under 65kg

I've stopped drinking coffee this week, and feel 'fresher' with the amount of water I'm drinking. I really do feel less bloated since I've weigned off coffee now (took me a few weeks)...

Goal for rest of week - pre-make all lunches and snacks for work + 2 more walks before the kids wake up!
