Good luck ......I know you can reach your goals!

I look forward to hearing about your successful weight loss in the near future. :D

Do you have a journal on this site?

Can I ask about the challenge that you are taking with other people?

Hi - thank you for your support.

I've only started in the forum and will be putting in more information. At the moment I have added in a challenge called 3 months to Nepal Challenge and weekly weigh in. I will also put in some information on true stories and personal progress - just need the time to write.

I created the challenge because I'm going on a trekking holiday to Nepal in March and need to lose about 30kgs and get fit and healthy - I've had 12 months to do it but been slack and now have no choice as it will be difficult keeping up with the rest of the people on the tour as I am not fit at all. My deadline is 28th February 2008.

I have about 3 other people who have joined in the challenge to lose kilos by that date. They replied to the challenge and we are keeping in touch with our own progresses.

You are welcome to join if you wish, we will be delighted to have some more people on board and exchange the experiences, highs and lows.

Regards - moeharley :D :)

3 mths to Nepal (ending 28Feb08) - 2nd weight in

Postby moeharley » Sun Dec 09, 2007 5:57 pm

My second weigh in today - lost 1kg. A good result especially when there was not enough effort.

I've recalculated my goal and I need to lose total 30, and have just realised that about 10 of it will be lost during the trip as we will be doing about 4-5 hours walking each day for 11 days. So I can breath abit easy now knowing that my goal weight loss to 28 February should be around 20kgs.

So that will be an average loss of approximately 1.6kg per week....phew!

Lets see how I go next week.

Good luck to everyonen else with their goal achievements.

3rd weigh in

Postby moeharley » Wed Dec 19, 2007 9:43 pm

This week is not too good - I haven't lost anything and think its due to the two christmas parties. However, made sure that I didn't put on any kilos which was important.

This week and next week will be hard but have to stay focussed.

Hope everyone else is doing well.
