I created the challenge because I'm going on a trekking holiday to Nepal in March and need to lose about 30kgs and get fit and healthy - I've had 12 months to do it but been slack and now have no choice as it will be difficult keeping up with the rest of the people on the tour as I am not fit at all. My deadline is 28th February 2008.
I have about 3 other people who have joined in the challenge to lose kilos by that date. They replied to the challenge and we are keeping in touch with our own progresses.
You are welcome to join if you wish, we will be delighted to have some more people on board and exchange the experiences, highs and lows.

So that will be an average loss of approximately 1.6kg per week....phew!
