Figured this would help keep me on track. Logging my weight every Monday without fail - I'm not exactly going to want to put down a higher weight than the previous week! :P

My start weight when I first started losing weight: 101-102kg
Current weight 79.7kg (On my period, so no real idea what my actual weight is, stupid thing..)
Goal weight of about 58kg.

Sooo..

Week 1, Monday 3rd December 2007

79.7kg.

Had a bit of a nasty week so I'm not expecting to lose a great deal.

Had to tell the guy I've been seeing that I can't see him anymore. I was banking on something to help me with a medical condition I have and it turns out they aren't able to. This was my last option, too *sighs*

He still seems keen to spend time with me as friends though, which I'm really greatful for :)

Is everyone ready for Christmas? Lol I have NO idea how I'm going to cope with all the yummy food.

Okay, week one, had some slips ups here and there. Weigh in at 78.8kg. so a loss of 900g.

^_^ Thankyou everyone!

I'm expecting little change, and likely in the wrong direction, as I've been drunk twice this week and each time drinking half a bottle which puts it completely over my calorie intake. :-/ At the moment it's my pitfall, not so much anything else.

*sighs* I'll figure things out.

Can always start over again and eventually I'll chip away at the fat.
