Mummy2three - Yeah, I find when I'm in a bit of a rut with my weight-loss, buying an outfit just a little too small is what kicks me into healthy-mode again. I see we have a similar sort of goal! hehe. 6 kilo in 6 weeks is definately achieveable, you should post some pictures of you in the nice shirt!

I'm trying to stay away from alcohol completely until my birthday. It's just too hard for me to try and lose weight and drink at the same time.
Mum and I have started a tin up. For every 100g I lose, a dollar goes in the tin. And for every opportunity to drink that I pass up, 2 dollars goes in the tin. If I gain weight and I know it's because I've eaten too much or the wrong foods, then I have a piece of paper to record it and then at the end of my weight loss journey, that amount gets taken out of the tin and given back to my parents.
It's insentive and at the end of it all, I should have enough for a mini shopping spree
