Weight this week: 79.4kgs (Yah! I'm out of the 80's)

Loss this week: 1.5kgs

Oh Dolly, don't beat yourself up too much. It's pretty hard to resist the things you love if they're right in front of you. The important thing is to get straight back on track. Is there any way you can stop people from bringing evil food into your house or at least making you aware its there???

Yeah, theose nasty people. I had so much trouble in my first 3 days at work as they had morning teas every day with scrummy junk foods  but I stayed strong :D

Thanks Dolly.

Tegan, good on you for saying no to that evil food. You must feel very proud for being strong.

My work always had morning teas - party pies etc and birthday cakes, if felt like every week, I used to take along a snack - an apple, or chew on chewy. If you are game, tell everyone you don't like cake and savoury foods or whatever is on offer - this way no one bothers you about not eating it and if its not the truth you'll never be able to eat it because then people will know you were lying!!! Worked wonders for me!

Well we have another morning tea tomorrow (we also have to wear something sporty - raising money). So I am bringing oranges cut into wedges like they give you at netball at half time. That way it's healthy AND themed!

I have decided that whenever they have a morning tea from now on, I will bring something to share that is healthy (like fruit - in fact one time there was watermelon, which I did have) or I will just say "no thanks". I don't have a problem with doing that, and so far no-one's made a fuss of me not eating what's on offer.

lost another kilo this week, down to 93. I feel like I'm doing so much extra just to keep the same rate of loss

Who Hooooooooooooooo linda!
like Lady bug said a loss is a loss and the scales are going in the right direction.

12.5 kilos is an impresive loss. How much weight do you want to loose in total?

Keep up the great work and great things will come your way.

Congratulations.

Thanks Natalie, i was originally aiming to get to 80kg which I know will get me to the size that I want to be for my height. Having said this I want to try though to keep up this lifestyle once I reach my target, and to still be aware of what I put in my mouth because I know how easy it is to put it all back on again as I have lost around 20kg twice before and have always stacked it back on again. It just felt so good once I started to fit into my clothes again and now it has gone past that, they are all getting loose!
