Sorry i havent been around people. Ive been struggling a bit with my eating!
Last week i weighed 84.2kg
Today i weigh 82.1kg....but that is only because i got my wisdom teeth out on Saturday and havent been able to eat anything but
porridge, soups, ice cream and jelly.
I am soooo glad i dont have to get this operation done ever again!!

And i want to exercise but i cant....
anyway...im recovering... :D :D

Ouch  I've had mine out too so I feel your pain. Hopefully you'll be feeling better soon & can get into the exercise again, in the mean time just take it easy & rest up :D

Well done Siana, a loss is a loss and as we all know far better than a gain.
Here's to a bigger loss next week  .

congrats on the loss Siana! A loss is a loss and ppl have said to me before, the smaller loss could be adding up to a bigger loss the following week and it more often than not has been true.

Boy...im just falling behind...
struggling a bit the past month....the weight is about the same...82.4kg
Im falling back into bad habits...i think the fact that the treadmill is gone now has affected me in that im lazy with exercise.
But mostly i can tell its just my planning and organisation....generally everything gets that way...the house is a little messy aswell...
just need to pick up my game!!

I'm in a similar place Siana, I've been letting my eating go a couple of days a week...I've had pizza about 3-4 times in the past month! And I've only been walking every now and then, as I can't use the exercise bike becuase of my back. You are definitely not alone, especially with the messy house! We should motivate each other!

C'mon girl, you can do it! :D

Man have i been avoiding this place....just lost my way i think.
I currently weigh 85kg. For the past 2 months i have been really struggling....and for the past 6 or so months i have been up and down between 82 and 85 kgs. I am deathly afraid that i will gain as i am back into old old habits of eating more of the wrong foods everyday...without a thought.
Its driving me crazy!!
It started when i started at tafe and my husband started going away again to the mines.
I guess when hes away its just easier to eat the wrong things.
I really have to get over it!
