Not as hungry anymore....i feel full or satisfied the whole day long. After dinner I may have a milo or tea just to keep me
going til bed time. Seems to be working for me. Its been 4 weeks and I couldnt be happier with my physical and mental progress.
I say mental because the only reason i have failed in the past is because of a lot of negative thoughts...like "I like food too much"..
and "you know youre going to give up after 2 weeks". Gone are these thoughts!
