Fionas weekly weigh in:

Postby Fiona25 » Sun Dec 23, 2007 7:37 am

I guess today is as good a day as any to do my first 'forum' weekly weigh in! Every Sunday I will do it.

LW - 63kgs

TW - 62.5kgs

I'm happy with that!

LW - 62.5kg

TW - 62kg

Another 1/2 kilo down which I am pretty happy with considering how much I ate on christmas day

My muscles feel better today so i'll be going for a walk/run, another ride and heading to the local pool for some laps :D

Thanks Helen!

I'm aiming at losing 1kg by next weigh in...that is providing I don't binge on NYE

I'm getting fitter everyday. Just went for a 45min walk/run with 20mins walk, then 4 mins walking, 1 min running for the last 25 mins. My first walk/run a few weeks ago went for 20mins and I was STUFFED! And that was only with 2 mins (if that) of running.

I've only been to the pool twice and have only managed 10 laps of 25mtr pool with a small break between each lap. Today i'm aiming for 15 laps :D

Well done Fiona.

It must feel so good to actually feel in your bones you are getting fitter and healthier. After all, that's what losing weight is all about.

Keep up the great effort!

Great work Fiona, you'll knock your weight off in no time. Especially with that work out . To be honest, I can't wait till I can add a little running (jogging) at least into my daily exercise routine.

Congrats, keep it up. Lane xo

Thanks guys!

Whats the bet I get to goal and want to drop a few more kgs though?!? I don't really know what my goal weight is, I just want to get to 58 and see what I look like and if I want to knock another few kgs off then i'll adjust my ticker and do it!

I'm hoping so bad i'm 61kgs on Sunday - my weigh in day.

I'm a bit like that too. Not sure if I'll be happy with 59kg. Hey, I might be happy with 61kg. Then again, 57kg might be my ultimate calling but I won't know until I get there. Nothing wrong with switching the goal posts :P

LW - 62kgs

TW - 61.8kgs

Hmmmmm, only a loss of 200grams when I have been working my butt off every single day! I did however have a NYE binge, and a misunderstanding with calories and protein a few days ago and since i've upped my cals and protein i've lost weight (I was 62.4kgs mid week).

I've also lost 1% body fat and gained 300grams in muscle according to my digi scales, so its not all bad, but I just want those scales to go down!

No binges at all this week, so i'm aiming to be under 61kgs.
