TW - 61.8kgs
Hmmmmm, only a loss of 200grams when I have been working my butt off every single day! I did however have a NYE binge, and a misunderstanding with calories and protein a few days ago and since i've upped my cals and protein i've lost weight (I was 62.4kgs mid week).
I've also lost 1% body fat and gained 300grams in muscle according to my digi scales, so its not all bad, but I just want those scales to go down!
No binges at all this week, so i'm aiming to be under 61kgs.
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.
Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!
