Hey Fiona,

200grams is fantastic and the 1% body fat even better :D. With all the exercise you've been doing I was sure you'd start gaining muscle mass. Your fitness levels must be improving heaps too.

Well done and keep up the hard work, you're doing so well and motivate a lot of us to keep moving . Lane xo

Every week that you go down a bit, is a week that you didn't put anythng on too! lol I can't get over the scales you have. Mine only weighs to .5 kg and that is inconsistent so I have to weigh a few times to check. You also mention it tells you about your body fat. How does it work? I can't begin to imagine...

I bought them off ebay for about $50 brand new. They're great! Previously I had non digital scales and I don't think they were right. They weighed me about 1-2kgs less that what these ones do!

I just did a search on ebay and I can't find for you the exact ones I have but there are heaps of new digi scales on there for under $30!

LW - 61.8kgs

TW - 60.9kgs

I am over the moon!!!! A loss of 900grams!!! This is the biggest loss i've had in 5 weeks!!!

Oh wow, what a relieft, i'm feeling so great and so proud of myself and proud of my brain because I think I helped trick my body (as well as everyones help on here) with lots of different things.

Oh boy, sooooooooooooooo happy :D

Hey, only 900grams until update photos and guess what? I can't wait because I am confident there will be a noticeable difference even though its only 3kgs between photos.

What a great start to the day - can' you tell i'm happy or what?

GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

Postby Fiona25 » Sun Jan 27, 2008 11:14 am

SO mad with myself

My first weigh in in 2 weeks and I have GAINED 1kg - weighed in @ 61.9kgs :x  :x

My eating hasn't been great lately, a few treats everyday and eating too much but i've been working my butt off in the exercise department - 90mins just about everyday - how slow is my damn metabolism

I have just made a food pledge though to get me back on track - this week I WILL lose that kg I gained even if it kills me

Hey Fiona,
you'll get back on track no worries. I reckon something in the brain goes 'Yay I've had a good loss, now i can ease up on the diet' and BAM, you slacken off and gain weight.

Doesn't it suck how very easily the weight goes back on and how unbelievably hard it is to get it off again. :(

But determination and willpower will get us through!!! :D

WE CAN DO IT!!!!! YEAH 8)
