hey fiona, that darn eating aye!!!! well at least u balance it out with exercise, well maybe not completley, but you get what i mean... I mean there is one thing to eat all the wrong things and then not exercise at all, (would be real bad,) the nutrition side of things will come around, so just imagine the results when it does happen. Your be un-stoppable
Ive always admired you motivation, and so yeah you may have those slack days but overall your doing fine....

Ok, I think the gain was mainly fluid and bloat, because after just 2 days of being completely back on track with my eating, this morning I weighed in at 60.7 :? so i'm aiming for 60kgs by Sunday, going to work super hard, I KNOW I can do it!

Maybe I had lost more weight and now the fluid etc is going away I might drop it according to the scales easily this week?

It sounds like it would be mostly fluid. With you doing that much exercise everyday a few extras here and there shouldn't of made too much difference. Way to go getting back on track :D. Have a fantastic week!

DON'T PANIC!!

You are probably building lots of muscle Fiona - and that weighs more than fat. BUT muscle is the only part of your body that consumes energy (fat, as we all know, just sort of LIES THERE! and flaps in the breeze, in my case), so if you build more muscle you need more calories to maintain your weight. :D We're all going to have our fingers crossed for your 60kg by Sunday. Thanks for all your support over the last few weeks - it makes SUCH a difference! :D

A GREAT week if I do say so myself :D

LW - 62kgs

TW - 60kgs

I didn't lose 2kgs of fat thats for sure hhahahah, I think last weeks gain was lots of fluid, but this is the first loss i've had in 3 weeks after a slip up so feeling very proud of myself for last weeks effort!
