I am STOKED with an 800 gram loss. I'd normally be happy anyway, but last weekend I had a 2 day binge - you don't even want to know how many calories I ate on those days
Then I was bed ridden sick for 3 days and only did proper execise Monday/Friday/Saturday AND early in the week I was having a few freddo frogs etc, working them into my calories, but still! And I managed to lose .8kgs
I thought it might have been muscle but I don't think so. Maybe its the detox herbs i'm on???
Either way, I am a VERY happy girl
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.
Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!
