^ Awwwwwww thanks hun, but that was my weigh in from 2 weeks ago
After a 4 day holiday binge (but lots of exercise) followed by a week of me being an angel with diet and exercise the scales were determined to give me a heart attack
So i've locked them away until this coming Sunday so will report then, it will have been 3 weeks since my last official weigh in.
So all this week I have LOTS of action plans to get that weight DOWN and OFF. I've been doing heaps of exercise and eating within cals perfectly and mixing things up big time, so i'm hoping praying that I get a great result.
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.
Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!
