It is quite possible Dolly.I rekon you can do it no worries... 8)
How do you work out?
Me? I would like to take up swimming and things like that and at the moment I am just walking on my treadmill but I guess any exersise that gets my heart rate up is good enough its just that I get bored very easily.

Seeing this is the weekly weight-loss thread we had better move over to the Daily Exercise Diary to chat - http://www.weightloss.com.au/forum/view ... =7625#7625 It will show you my usual daily exercise. :D I don't exercise on weekends.
My food intake is recorded on our Daily Food Diary, I think that's how I'm losing the weight.

This week: 79.1kgs

So a loss of 0.3kgs - I guess, any loss is a loss after all . . . .

Well I have been on holidays for nearly 2 weeks and I have come back feeling like a big slob!!! I walked nearly every day that I was gone but ate heaps and drank lots of alcohol!!! So I have come back home to weighing 70.5. Nearly back to where I started. At least it was only half a kilo or so.

Nearly forgot to post!
92kg again. come on the 90kg mark!!

Getting my bike tomorrow YAY. I'll be on that sucka every morning and night to and from work hopefully. Gonna blow my entire first pay packet on bike and some new clothes to replace the old ones that are now far far too big.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
