I'm loving the eating plan I'm on, I'm enjoying my walks, and I've lost 2 kilos! Yes Iknow that 2 kilos is mostly water and cos I've just started etc etc but I'm still claiming it!

SW (1st Jan) - 106kg
CW - 104kg
Weight loss to date - 2kg

hey goddess,
dont worry about the gain-when i first started this weight loss thingy i found that one week i would have a loss and the next a gain-dont know how it happened as i was doing all the right things-now i find i lose a little each week if i maintain all the things i am supposed to do but gain if i get slack with the exercise or have a little pig out!!!
i no longer worry about the gains as i know i can lose the weight in the end (nearly there-soooo excited) and am determined to do so!!-however long it takes!!
keep it up-your doing great!!!

Did my first official weigh in this morning and I'm 75kg :( Bit more than I had actually expected it to be but oh well, everyone's gotta start somewhere.
