Okay, weekly weigh in:
Okay, obviously not a very good week; however, I thought I had actually put on this week so to have actually lost is awesome!
I have had a pretty bad week with stress and illness, and it kinda killed my motivation to be bothered exercising or eating well. So to have actually lost is still a bonus.
I am aiming to complete my mini-goal by next weigh-in and I know I can do it. I have a renewed enthusiasm found over the weekend. Why? I found my wedding dress! And I'm going to have to look gooooood in order to look hot in it so i've got to push those scales down.
Plus, I've decided to have a breast reduction and I need to lose around 30kgs by June/July in order to have it done.
So, I've bought a pedometre, said no to KFC (temptation by my fiance) and am watching everything I eat.
Mini-goal here I come!!!
