Thanks Fiona,

Still not great to be honest.

I can't do much at the gym but was thinking of taking my dog for longer walks with not as much high impact. Plus, I'll need to be really careful with what I eat... fingers crossed!

What about swimming? Its great for bad/sore backs.

My back was SO sore yesterday from doing too much the day before. I swam for 25mins completely pain free, it was great, especially on a hot day :D

Walking is a great option too though!
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!

Actually, yep- that's a great idea.

My sister is forever begging me to go swimming with her.. I usually decline for having to see myself in swimwear, but I'll just get over myself and go swimming with her a couple of times this week.

Thats right Jess, a loss is a loss! I know its disapointing when its a small loss but it is often followed by a big loss the following week, so keep up all your hard work, i'm sure it will pay off come Monday :D

congrats on the loss. Any loss is good. remember small and consistant weight loss is easier on your body and easier to maintain. just remember 500g a week is still 2kgs a month. I would be SOOO happy to loose 2kg a month! There will be lots of ups and downs so if you have a bad week just look back over your total loss, your still lighter than you used to be! :D

I weighed in yesterday but internet wasn't working so I couldn't post.

LW: 128.8
TW: 128.4

Not great but I'm quite happy since I had to eat out a couple of nights and that's never good.

Definitely not annoying... you're keeping me on my toes which is the exact point of the exercise!

I'm quite happy with my weightloss as eating wise, was not a great week...
