- I allow myself 3 x 10 gram squares of Lindt Excellence dark chocolate EVERY night - factored into my calories, of course.
So far it doesn't seem to have hurt the effort, and it's my daily reward for being good all day.
Another 700 grams this week, I guess I'm building muscles because I am exercising so much, AT LEAST one hour a day, often more.
How's everyone else going?
Exercise hurts less than looking in the mirror
