ANOTHER WEEK, ANOTHER 900 GRAMS

Postby madgicsh » Tue Jan 22, 2008 10:25 am

It would have been SO nice if it was 1 kilogram, but I will take ANY loss! :?

Just one foot in front of another from now on - LITERALLY - I'm walking up to 7km per day.

Got to be in the 60-70kg range by August 8 when I leave for my big holiday in North America - I need to be thin to dodge the Grizzly Bears.

Another week, another 800 grams. My new scales will come soon, I ordered a pair that will show me if my body fat has increased or decreased - also my hydration level. No hiding from THOSE scales. My GP always said that my scales weigh 3kg heavier than his, which are calibrated every month - I live in hope that he's right?

CONFESSION TIME  - I allow myself 3 x 10 gram squares of Lindt Excellence dark chocolate EVERY night - factored into my calories, of course.

So far it doesn't seem to have hurt the effort, and it's my daily reward for being good all day.

Another 700 grams this week, I guess I'm building muscles because I am exercising so much, AT LEAST one hour a day, often more. :P

How's everyone else going? :?:

Well done on another great loss hun!

Allowing yourself a bit of choc every night is better than not having any and binging yourself stupid one day - like me

You're going great guns, keep it up!

Congrats on a great week. I love Lindt dark chocolate too and it's good not to cut out everything you enjoy eating, because you have to learn to balance what you eat once you've lost the weight. I've read if you like chocolate dark is the best kind, probably written by another dark choc fan :D. Lane

Hey Tam, how's it going? I'm still doing the chocolate thing and it's still working; PHEW!

Maybe a slim body can co-exist with a chocolate craving?

Hold that thought! I only lost 100 grams this week, so back to the REALLY straight and narrow - a chocolate-free week!

I hope you're all doing better than I did, at this rate I will be into a size 10 by the year 3000!

hey gurl, its still a loss...Keep on trucking, dont loose faith coz I know you can do it!

I hadn't even realised, but I've just looked over my food diary, and without conciously doing it, I've only had ice-cream every second night in the last 2 weeks!!! Maybe subconciously you inspired me!!! Lol...

Its still a loss hun!

I know it sucks to have those small losses, but have a strict week and i'm sure you will be rewarded with a great loss next week.

Doing great, keep going :D

SO EXCITED! My weigh-in day is not till tomorrow but I had a sneak peek.

I sent away for the censored thingy that they are advertising in the Good Health magazine, and started it last week - it's early days yet but I am already 2kg down on last week.

Promising? Has anyone else tried it??? And what do you think? :?:
