Yep! I'm amazed.

I started the high protein thing on Saturday morning and it is working SO well.

NOT Atkins, an Australian thing called censored (they have a website) that you can actually stick to. So far it's awesome.

I'll have a look now for all my friends' progress for the week - we need each other!

Another week, another 800 grams! I am amazed to find I am a third of the way to my goal - ALREADY!!

Much as I am sick to death of grilled chicken, raising my protein intake seems to be doing the job; :P I'm NEVER hungry - quite often I just can't eat that next piece of chook! :?

Thanks again to all for your great support.

Well done! You're such an inspiration girl!

Do you eat fish? Might be a good change from the chicken. Also, what chicken recipes are you using? I'm sure we can put our heads togther and come up with some tasty new dishes for you :P

Another fab loss, excellent work.

Don't be afraid to experiment with some jams/sauces on your chicken. You can marinate it or simply brush it whilst you cook it to give it a bit more flavour. And there are plenty of low-fat options.

Also you can do up some very quick stir-fries with chicken & veg - something different to grilled chicken & steamed veg.
Cheers,
Kate

I wish Kate  - I am on low carb so jams and sauces are a no-no.

But all I care about at the moment is seeing 60 something on my scales instead of 80 something - or as it was on New Year's Day, just a whisker under 100kg.

Only 600 grams down this week - 86.9 kg - but I had a day of chocolate protein bars yesterday because I drove 300 km to Sydney and back for some shopping. I'm extending my wardrobe ready for all those size 10 clothes.

Now I'll go and see how you all did this week. Good luck and best wishes all. :D

AAARGHH!!!! A plateau! I hate that!

After sailing along so well for 11 weeks, this week - NOTHING - NADA - NYET - ZERO! You gotta hate that?

Ah well, back to the drawing board and just see what happens next week I guess.

Congratulations to all who recorded a loss -   I have just started to realise how hard that is.

hey madgic
congrats on the loss so far!!!
ive had a plateau and i found that mixing up the exercise or increasing its intensity or even changing up the food
can kick ur body into gear.

Oh Siana-Leah! I SO hope your solution works!! Only 600 grams this week  and I know it's because I haven't been walking enough  - but I have built a fence and painted it (pickets - YUK!) Today it's pouring but I am going to walk anyway - wet but thin, I hope.
