Clothing! That's my motivation!
Find something you know won't fit, but should
- be realistic though, don't try to be a size 6 unless you're really short.
Periodically, try it on; at first maybe only your wrist will fit, but when next time your forearm fits - JOY!
If you stick at it and just think of the regime as your new, permanent life, one day you will climb into it and ZIP IT!
Seriously folks, with me it's OLD clothes that used to fit;
and will again just so long as I'm patient!
I find the hardest part for me is to not look toward when the diet will "end" - it doesn't,
it's your new, healthy lifestyle and the rewards are so huge.
Just settle in guys, we're here for the long ride!
AND we have each other for support!
