don't worry, we're allowed to cheat every now and again - otherwise, what fun is that! :P and it doesn't matter if you're not exercising yet, one thing at a time :) i got my eating under control for ages before i started exercising - even now i don't do much :oops: lol

Congrats on the loss - thats great!

I think I went for a good month of healthy eating before exercising.

You should with like 20mins a day or so and you will soon be hooked!
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!

Hey Moomoo, you've had some pretty great losses to date, the body has a way of evening itself out, so a small loss is to expected at this stage! And everyone is right, any loss is good loss and WAY better then a gain!

I have just started excercising so I'm guessing that no loss maybe = new muscle weight?.. Heres hoping!
