Haven't weighed in for a while, well I have been weighing in every week, I just haven't been recording it here. I've had some up and down weeks, not being able to exercise with my bad back. The good news is I lost the little gains no worries (they must've just been fluid), and then some. On the weekend I scored myself a loss of 2.1kg, a kind of scary number to tell you the truth, but, I won't complain! It just goes to show that consistently eating right is most of the battle.

Woah! Haven't been in here for a while!

Anyway, I'm not weighing in every week, just every now and then. Weighed in on Saturday and I'm down another .5kg - I'm getting there. I know it's going to be slower now since I have less to lose now, but I think I have come to terms with that!

Well, this isn't really an official weigh-in, as I will usually go low-carb, no-salt, lots of water and potassium the day before to give me the most accurate reading possible (yes, I'm such a nerd!), but I hopped on the scales the other day and was down 700g, so I'm going to take it, and I will do a proper weigh-in soon!

Weighed in on Saturday and I'm down 1.4kg, I'm extremely happy with a two-week loss like that!

Feeling very motivated, though can't go for a walk today :( , TTOTM and I'm in too much pain. But, otherwise feeling good! 1.2kg and I hit a new decade. :D

Only 200g lost in this fortnight, so not over the moon. I'm wondering if I've put on some muscle seeing as I'm excercising again, even though it is only walking. Probably won't weigh in next weekend, going to Melbourne, so I'm going to try not to stress about weight loss. Fingers crossed.

Not a 'proper' weigh-in, as such, but hopped on the scales Saturday morning and had a loss of 1.2kg, which I'm really happy with. :D So, that averages out to 400g a week in the past three weeks and that includes being out of action nearly all of last week with TTOTM and getting sick. Oh yeah, I'm in a new decade! Yay! :mrgreen:
