Weigh-in for Wilmawalrus

Postby wilmawalrus » Mon Jan 21, 2008 10:33 am

Woo Hoo!

I know it's mostly water and period bloat, but 3.5 kg for the first week - I'm stoked!!!!

I stuck religiously to Lite & Easy, just to see what would happen, and it paid off. Only managed 4 walks out of 7 days (due to weather), so I'm impressed with the results. :D

Onward and upward!!

A bit bummed out - no loss this week (at least there were no gains either).

After such a good start, it's a bit of a downer, but I'm looking at it as the 3.5 kg of the first week has been spread over two weeks

Gotta step up the exercise - kids back to school this week, so hopefully a little more time to do stuff.

Fingers crossed things will improve.

alot of the time after a big loss your body can kind of freak out and try its hardest to hold on to the weight. Just keep going and you watch, next week you;ll have another great loss!!

Losing 3.5kgs in the first week is expected to be followed by no loss the following week, so don't worry, you're doing great! I bet you'll get another loss next weigh in :)

Woo Hoo - very happy with 1.5 kg this week!!

Lite n Easy rocks !!!!! (I'm sure the exercise is helping too) :D

If I keep going at this sort of rate, it's going to take a lot less time than I thought, which is good. I've only had 2 alcoholic drinks in 3 weeks too, which is not always easy, but it's very easy to focus with Lite n Easy cos you just don't eat anything that's not supplied.

Hope everyone else has a good result this week!!

Lisa :D

Really wasn't expecting to be doing so well so consistently - another 1.5 kg loss!!!! :D

If only it could keep going at this rate......

Thanks to everyone for their positive and inspiring comments - you are all doing amazingly well too (sorry I don't get much time to post back to everyone else). This forum is really helping me stay focused.

Cheers, Lisa

I can really recommend it Ali - really yummy food, and very low stress cos you don't need to think about what you're going to eat - you just look at your menu and then in the fridge and it's there!! Lots of variety too.

Not as big a loss this week, but still a loss - 1/2 a kg!!

And this despite going out for dinner on Friday night (as well as Valentines, it was the anniversary of my husband's and my first date last Monday), and having a fish & chip meal with friends on Saturday (well, my meal was grilled fish with salad and 1 chip :D and gee did I enjoy that chip), oh, and two small choccies last night (I had not had dessert in five weeks!!!)

So back on the straight and narrow this week, and upping the exercise - it's about the rain in Sydney at the moment :(
hopefully will keep the loss consistent.

Just did the waist measurement thing today for the first time (90cm), and my baggy pants are hanging off me now - yippee!

Hope everyone else is going well.

Cheers, Lisa
