Not as big a loss this week, but still a loss - 1/2 a kg!!
And this despite going out for dinner on Friday night (as well as Valentines, it was the anniversary of my husband's and my first date last Monday), and having a fish & chip meal with friends on Saturday (well, my meal was grilled fish with salad and 1 chip
and gee did I enjoy that chip), oh, and two small choccies last night (I had not had dessert in five weeks!!!)
So back on the straight and narrow this week, and upping the exercise - it's about the rain in Sydney at the moment
hopefully will keep the loss consistent.
Just did the waist measurement thing today for the first time (90cm), and my baggy pants are hanging off me now - yippee!
