Plateau again - no loss (almost could have been a gain but my period started yesterday, so I'm taking those few possible grams on my very old scales as "bloat" :? ).

Not surprising considering I ate out 3 times last week (husband's birthday), including dinner on Saturday night and Sunday morning breakfast at the hotel we stayed at (a big surprise for him).

I kept the exercise up this week though, which I was pleased about.

Back on the straight and narrow this week, so I'm feeling optimistic and not fazed!

Best vibes to all for good losses and hitting goals!

I actually weighed in yesterday, as I was going to be busy this morning and not at home to do the weigh-in, and glad I did - 1 kg loss - yay!! And one more cm off the waist too.

So that makes me officially HALF WAY !!!

A bit down today - weighed myself this morning early and my crappy scales said 1kg GAIN  (crappy scales = it may not be completely accurate???)

To put it in perspective:
very little exercise this week due to a yucky head cold
Post-birthday party fridge (over catered for my six year old's party - lots of cake)
BBQ here yesterday, from which I finished off half a bottle of champers last night and an Easter egg (didn't really overeat though, just the wrong things....mmm...cheese)
I don't want to change my ticker cos I'm officially in denial !!!!!

I just hope the weather holds so I can get back into my walking.

Guess it had to happen sometime though.....

Good luck to everyone - hope you're all moving forward, not backward.

Don't let it get you down too much hun...I think it's just that time of year (like Christmas!!). SOO much temptation around plus the change in weather as well (I think here in Adelaide it's dropped 20 degrees in about 10 days...?!).

We're all allowed to have our bad days (or good days - depending how you look at it!! ) as long as we know when and how to get back on the wagon. You'll be fine - don't worry about last week, think about this week.

Keep going....you WILL get there!!

Cheers, Lisa

Your doing fantastic Lisa, don't let a bad week get you down... just means you'll get a bigger kick out of next week's loss :D

Life's been a bit full-on so I didn't get here on Monday, and also didn't really want to report in....two weeks in a row means you can't be in denial - 1kg gain (over 2 weeks) :x :(

Being a girl is a pain - those pms cravings seriously got the better of me this week, plus actually having chocolate in abundance on hand is NOT helpful (damn Easter/Easter Show/kids lolly bags from too many parties!!!)

I'm slowly getting back on the straight and narrow (hopefully :? ) - have gone for a walk each day this week so far. A loss next week for sure!

Hope everyone else is having a good week.

Cheers, Lisa xx

A loss actually but I'm calling it a plateau - back to 71kg :) :)

It's been a pretty busy week, but I've cut down on chocolate and increased walking again.

My goal for this week - NO CHOCOLATE AT ALL!!!!

Wishing everyone a week of big losses....!
