Well, it was a little gain
- put back the 500g lost last week, but considering I was away all weekend (no Lite n Easy), not surprising!!
I'm feeling very motivated this week (hope that continues!!) - been walking for 40 minutes yesterday and today, and not deviating from the food either (which is hard in this colder weather), so hopefully it will be a good loss next Monday.
