Well, it was a little gain  - put back the 500g lost last week, but considering I was away all weekend (no Lite n Easy), not surprising!!

I'm feeling very motivated this week (hope that continues!!) - been walking for 40 minutes yesterday and today, and not deviating from the food either (which is hard in this colder weather), so hopefully it will be a good loss next Monday.

Hope everyone has a loss this week! :D

dude you'll totally kick that 500 back off where it belongs. Just keep focusing on the positive. Yes i've put on 500gs but thats NOTHING compared to the amount of weight you've lost :) and don't u hate those extra factors which make it hard - i always find the weekend the hardest!!
Goal: 65-67 kg <-------Ultimate Goal:
For now? No weighing for a few weeks...

Well, it had to be done!

I've changed my weigh-in day to Thursday now, as the weekends have been absolutely ridiculous in terms of NOT sticking to Lite n Easy/alcohol etc etc, and it's paid off - a little weeny loss to get back to where I was (which makes my ticker correct now - yay !!)

I'm still battling on a few fronts - weekends have been very social lately, so dinners/lunches out, plus my feet have been very sore (having problems with my orthotics), so my osteo advised me to not do my walking for a little bit ie. no exercise, so to have a little loss without exercise is great.
Also TTOM binges - the craving for carbs has been overwhelming in the last week in particular (which does not help!!)

But, tomorrow is another day, and next week is another week, and I'm hopeful of another small loss - positive projection!!

I've changed my ticker to "name and shame" - a 1kg gain :(

Completely not surprising considering how I've been eating over the last week, but not what I wanted to see.

Got to get out of this crazy eating pattern and back on track....

Back on track (more or less) - 70kg - 1kg loss (although it COULD be 69.5 - very dodgy old scales, but I'm erring on the side of caution).

Just got to stop giving in to the cold weather and associated carbo-loading!!

Hope everyone is going well this week!

A gain today of 1kg - but it is TTOM, so I don't really know what it should be.

Binge monster has me firmly in its grip at the moment....again I'm putting that down to TTOM.

Cassie, my foot is not too bad, but that's today - it varies from day to day and from which shoe I'm wearing. My osteopath found that part of the problem was my knee, something had locked up which made my shin quite rigid and then affected my foot rolling out. It seems to have improved a bit, but I'm still loathe to do much walking in case it aggravates it.

I feel at the moment that five months of trying to lose weight has almost done my head in, and that as a result, my brain is rebelling by making me binge - I'm not depressed or upset, but I'm eating anyway. I sort of feel like I need to take a mental break from the journey to see if that will re-motivate me. I'm at a bit of a loss to know what to do.....
