Last week - 70kg
This week - 70kg

I should have just copied and pasted last week's results cos it hasn't changed yet again!!! I could have done over the last month!!!! One thing is, I know I'm a lot fitter. And that is the important thing. I know I am still eating too much but that's the way it is for me at the moment. Plus it took me 5 years to put on the 10kgs so I would assume it will take me at least 1 yr to lose it. Thats my thinking anyway and I am sticking to it.....hahaha! At least I'm not putting on.

Well, only lost 0.2 kg this week, but I suppose thats better than gaining! My 6 week post natal check up was today, and doc has given me ok to bump up my exercise frequency, so it will be interesting to see how I go next week.
Hope everyone else is kicking goals :D
Cheers, Skye

Last week: 78.2kg
This week: 78kg

Well, would have been nice if it were more but a loss is loss! I was really hoping to break into the 77 this week, oh well, more motivation for next week!

Shabbychick,
we weigh in weekly. You can weigh in any day you wish, weekly weigh is open from Sunday thru to Saturday. Goes with out saying for a true weight loss that you should weigh in on the same day at approximately the same time each week and also wearing the same or simlar clothes (or underwear if you are me).
Cheers,
Angel
