OMG Chickie, that's an awesome loss ! 6.6kgs in 4 weeks is a phenomenal effort !

All that hard work is definitely paying dividends. Keep it up gurl :D

bout time i got my lazy butt back in here & started posting again!

last weigh in (think it was 2/1): 91.4kg
weigh in 30/1: 92.6kg

gain of 1.2kg

Lost 200 gms

Oh well this week im getting serious I reallly want to do the feb challenge I have set for myself (see the feb challenge thread)

And hey like I have said to others 200 i dont need to loose again and am no longer carrying around

Well I tried not Calorie counting and my experiment didnt work that well. :oops: see my my Curvaceous & Courageous thread if you want to see what I learnt this week. I am feeling positive but.

I'm going to start weekly weigh-ins again. I stopped for the month of January and managed to gain 100g. Here's hoping February is a bit kinder. :x

End of December weight: 71.1kg

you all seen to be doing so well-congrats.
i slipped off the healthy eating waggon for all january but have kept up my gym sessions but feel totally out of control-(family on holidays and lots of outings!!havent posted my weight on here for a few weeks and am scared to weigh in again but will tomorrow and then get back into it-proof for me that i need to be accountable to you all to stay in control! sad but true!

Hi! I'm a n00b! I have introduced myself to this awe inspiring community here.

Congratulations everyone on your excellent progress this week! I only hope I will join you all in celebration next week.

My weight this morning was 67.3kg. My short term goal weight is 59kg, long term is closer to 55kg, but with a realistic goal to maintain under 60kg.

I think I'll have to set up one of those excellent ticket things for my sig. :)

as i said yesterday today im back into it after 3 or more weeks off the wagon-did enjoy my treats but felt guilty about not stopping!
todays weight 67.7
last weigh in 66.7
gain of 1kg
im also back to calorie king counting calories-seems to work for me!

Good work everyone!!! Impressive!!!!

This week:

SW - 121.9
LW - 119
CW - 118.8

So a loss of 200 gms. Which is better than putting on! We didnt exercise as much this week, and I was rubbish with water. Plus my mum's birthday on teh weekend and a bit of eating out. Yesterday was a BAD food day, which will be on the next weigh in... lets hope it doesnt impact too much!
