02.01.08: 140.0 kg
16.01.08: 137.9 kg (-2.1 kg)
23.01.08: 135.7 kg (-2.2 kg)
30.01.08: 133.4 kg (-2.3 kg)
06.02.08: 131.5 kg (-1.9 kg)

Also measurment wise
chest= -4cm
waist= -1.5cm
neck= -1cm
arms= + 2cm on both
hips= -3.5cm
thighs= + 2.5cm on both
(Dont know if extra on arms and thighs is muscle building, or because I measured myself last week coz Chris couldn't and I measured wrong. Either way, Im happy :D)

87.0 which is a loss of 1.5 kg this week am very happy, now I just have to keep it up :D

Last week: 71.2kg
This week: drum roll please... 71.2kg!

This plateau has gone on so long I can't help but laugh now. The despair kind of gives way to a type of madness after a while I guess....

Ah well. I measured myself and I've lost 1cm around my hips and 1cm from my thighs this week so it's not all tragic news.

Ooh, maybe you have replaced some fat with muscle, EWQ?

I totally get the plateau... if it helps, when I did my big weight loss thing in 2005, I plateaued for something like 6 weeks, and then all of a sudden, completely out of the blue, I was dropping weight like crazy! I dropped about 3.5kg in as many weeks (which was a lot for my size at the time, that was from 59.5kg to 56kg, I think). So just hang in there. The worst thing you could do is give up and go back to those weight gaining behaviours. When your body is ready to drop some more, it will. :D :D :D
