My somewhat more modest results:
Loss of 900g. I'm *actually* very happy with that, since I have been hovering at 66.7 all week, and yesterday I had a huge lunch. Last night I had the most meager dinner of 50g roo steak, brussel sprouts and spinach (it was seriously all I needed after that lunch) and hence my weight came good. I've also had a slack week at the gym due to high demand of project work *grr* (at least that's nearly over).
My wisdom teeth are coming out on Monday (*very scared*
), so I am expecting to be at least 65 for next week.
