Congrats on a new decade EWQ !! Any rewards planned ?

Reason why Im disappointed is if I am losing so little now, what will I be loosing when Im closer to goal 1 gm ? I am aiming for 1 - 1.5kgs per week purely based on my size and the amount of exercise that Im doing.

Chin up Helen it's the direction not the number~ You have been working really hard lately, your body might work on a bit of a delay like mine. If I work out really hard, it presents itself on the scales a few days later when I have done nothing! I'm sure if you keep up the tremendous efforts of the week next week you will own that scale!!!

It's a road of many emotions and a lot of the time it's not easy, if it was everyone would be Kate Moss

You will get there no matter how long it takes 8)

You lost 200g more than me this week, so don't feel bad!!! Any loss is better than a gain, no matter how small!!!

Keep it up and you'll get there.
Cheers,
Kate

Well done EVERYONE! Never get discouraged, because there will always be disappointments at the scales, just like there will always be the inevitable plateaus. Just stay positive and stay IN CONTROL. Personal experience has taught me that I only put weight back on when I get depressed and downhearted. So what if there's a couple of weeks of stagnation....it's just the body readjusting. Just make sure that you're not putting ON a kilo for a few weeks in a row, and you'll be OK. And never stop measuring, because it's fat loss we're after not necessarily weightloss and the tape is a better indicator of that.

LW - 141.0 kg
TW - 139.5 kg

Loss of 1.5 kilograms. I'd still be content had it been 0.5kg because that's about the PERFECT rate of weekly fat loss!

Keep going everyone and good luck - not that luck comes into it....it's ALL up to you!

Hey, good work everyone!!! Helen, I still think 700g is fantastic, but I hope you're happier with your number next week! :P

Sarah, EWQ -- congrats on changing that second digit! Hope you guys are heartened and get some momentum from here. :)

So time for my drum roll:

LW: 65.8
TW: 64.3
Loss: 1.5kg!!!

I lost as much this week as I had in the previous three weeks! I'm pretty stoked. For those of you who got my TMI broadcast last week, two doses of Senokot got things moving (pardon the pun ). But I've been off the codeine since Tuesday, so it's business as usual, I guess.

I'm not going to expect as great a loss for next week, but my next mini goal is 63.2 (my BMI will drop to 23). Hopefully that won't take more than a fortnight. :)
