Almost 10kgs in 3 weeks is amazing Anthony!!!

It must be really hard to fit in exercise with those long work hours, don't be too hard on yourself though, keep eating really well and exercise when you can and take advantage of the times that you feel like doing it, you don't want to burn yourself out. 60-70hrs is a LONG work week!

Wow Anthony, you're such an inspiration to us all! 1.9 is a great loss and all up over 11kgs in what? 4 weeks?

Well done, i'm so proud of you :D

Have you got any gifts for yourself planned when you lose a certain amount of weight? Eg 15 or 20kgs goal weight gift to yourself?

Hey Anthony, swimming is a great low-impact exercise for when you're injured. Also cycling might not be too bad with a groin injury, although I'm really not too sure about that.

Keep up the fantastic work, you've done so well in the past month! Can you see a difference yet? Have you received any comments from family/friends? If not, I'm sure people will start to see the new you emerging very soon.
Cheers,
Kate
