Hi everyone. I am so proud of myself this week. I stuck to KM like glue and did half hour on my treadmill most days.
I have more energy, I actually feel like running with my girls (1yr & 3yrs) they are still faster then me.
W1 65.5kg -1.3kg
W2 62.1kg -3.4kg
Total loss 4.7kg
If I keep going like this I'll have it off in no time.
